Great place to attend a Barista Course. Me and my girlfriend did the course today and really loved it!
The teacher is really passionate about coffee and this makes the class very fun and also makes you want to know more about coffee.
We learnt all the basic skills and now it’s only a matter of experience!

Went to the coffee art course on Friday night, and highly recommend it! We could practice free pour latte art fully during these 3 hours, and our teacher was great:)
I hesitated going there because it’s cheaper than other place, but think it’s worth it

I had a great time and learnt so much, Angie is very attentive and helpful! Very much recommended!

A really fantastic course that taught me more than I could have hoped for. The barista course was incredibly comprehensive without being overwhelming and the teachers are so energetic and patient. I highly recommend for anyone interested in coffee making.

Fantastic 5:00 – 9:00 pm session, was easy to follow thank’s to Brendan. Brendan was extremely funny and knowledgeable, unfortunately it was a late session and the class was pretty dead/disengaged so not all his jokes landed despite being hilarious. Top bloke though, deserves a pay rise.

Fantastic. Originally signed up for the basic course but ended up doing the 2 day master class. Great knowledge, great facilities, plenty of practice.
Dont let grumpy Sam the trainer intimidate you, it’s all just for theatrics.

Had a fantastic experience in basic Barista course led by Alki! Superb hands-on approach, well explained and even with 2 people on one machine I didn’t feel like being idle at all. 4 hours went by like nothing and I could imagine a real work go in the similar fashion – fast paced with more focus on precision than the speed but still having fun moments interacting with people around 🙂 He really made sure everyone got the right results by a personal approach at times and it didn’t feel like someone is bored there waiting.

Absolutely brilliant. In the 4-hour barista course, our instructor, Alki, was clear, patient, and thorough. We repeated tasks until he felt we knew them well enough to carry-out in a professional environment. There was no limit to the ingredients we were allowed to use – the goal was to ensure we were proficient. The only downside, is that when I’m in a cafe now, I can see all the mistakes many baristas make! Absolutely recommended.

Attended three hour cafe arts class today. And thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. Above all I would like to thank my instructor Jim for assisting us with the various types of coffee at designs by explaining to it to us in a comprehensive theoretical manner and thr allowing us to put that theory into practice. My friend and I did both the barista course (with Alkie) in the morning and the coffee art course (with Angie) in the afternoon. Both trainers were passionate, knowledgeable, patient and it was a really fun day. We both learnt A LOT! I would have given 5 stars if only that we were told differing techniques by both trainers for a part of the process (taking the coffee from the grinder, tempering etc) and that one process was not done anymore? So that is an inconsistency that shouldn’t occur in the same training centre. I’ve passed on that feedback directly, but otherwise I highly recommend the course 🙂

Fantastic course, I did both the barista and coffee art courses with Angie and it was excellent. Very informative, very interesting and most of all a lot of fun.

I highly recommend to anyone second guessing doing this course, give it a go!

Angie was an amazing teacher, she has a very nice energy and was very motivated in the course, also she has a lot of patience with me :), because English is not my native language.
