Method
This is a classroom-based course that combines lecture, group discussion and workplace simulation.

Assessment
During the class, you will be required to complete the following activities:

- Students must successfully complete written test prior to leaving class
- Certificate will be issued within 7 days of completing the class
Certification
After the completion of the face-to-face course, you will have to complete a written assessment and submit to your trainer for marking.
After the successful completion of the assessment submission process, you will be eligible for the certificates issued by the VCGLR and a nationally accredited Statement of Attainment for RSA. The certificate issuance process might take up to a week after the assessment submission.
