How to serve or sell alcohol responsibly
How to assist customers to drink within appropriate limits
How to assess alcohol-affected customers and identify customers to whom sale or service must be refused
How to refuse to provide alcohol.

This is a classroom-based course that combines lecture, group discussion and workplace simulation.

Assessment

During the class, you will be required to complete the following activities:

Attend the RSA lecture
Complete role-play activities
Students must successfully complete written test prior to leaving class
Certificate will be issued within 5 days after completing the class.

Certification

After the completion of the face-to-face course, you will have to complete a written assessment and submit to your trainer for marking.

After the successful completion of the assessment submission process, you will be eligible for the certificates issued by the LCV (Liquor Control Victoria) and a nationally accredited Statement of Attainment for RSA. Certificate issuance process might take up to 5 days after the assessment submission.
